Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All products are handmade from scratch by hand. while we are dedicated to achieving perfection, minor imperfections may be present in some item and errors might occur. Please double-check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email with updates on your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Standard Shipping 3-5 business days. 

Please be aware that I have no control over delivery time once package is dropped off at the courier companies. 

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT THE COURIER COMPANY.
